3 Nephi 17:20 -24

20 And they arose from the earth, and he said unto them: Blessed are ye because of your faith. And now behold, my joy is full.
21 And when he had said these words, he wept, and the multitude bare record of it, and he took their little children, one by one, and blessed them, and prayed unto the Father for them.
22 And when he had done this he wept again;
23 And he spake unto the multitude, and said unto them: Behold your little ones.
24 And as they looked to behold they cast their eyes towards heaven, and they saw the heavens open, and they saw angels descending out of heaven as it were in the midst of fire; and they came down and encircled those little ones about, and they were encircled about with fire; and the angels did minister unto them.

Keep going in Billings

Well transfer calls came and went. I am still in Billings. Crazy thing, Elder Moore is still here as well. This is our third transfer, so roughly four and a half months together. Pretty crazy. The missionaries out in Roundup are starting their fourth transfer together today, six months with the same companion.

This week was pretty busy, which is always a good thing. Elder Moore and I are continuing to go about spending a day in each part of our area, which is really helping the work move forward in some pretty remarkable ways. We are getting out and contacting a lot more people than when we were driving everywhere. Along with not driving comes a save in miles. Always a good thing.

There really is not anything overly exciting to report on this past week. Everyone is doing well and things are still moving forward. Hopefully we will be able to keep up with the goal of having a baptism every transfer. So far we are 2/2.

As we all know, Japan was struck with a serious earthquake this past week, followed by a giant tsunami. I just saw today that luckily all missionaries in Japan are accounted for and safe. I was trying to decide what scripture to add this week and I thought of one that Elder Moore has been sharing quite a bit recently. It is 3rd Nephi 22:10. I love the imagery that mountains and hills may disappear, but our Savior will still be there by our side. We can rest assured that no matter what happens, He is there.

Have a very happy St. Patrick's Day and a good week.
